Corrosion protection. The durability of cable routes directly depends on the quality of the metal coating. AYSU trays are made of galvanized steel using the Sendzimir method (for indoor use) or hot-dip galvanizing (for aggressive environments and outdoors), which provides reliable rust protection for many years. Powder coating in any RAL color is also available for open interiors.
Load capacity. The design of our trays (locked profile, stiffening ribs) is developed to withstand high weight loads. We produce products with metal thickness from 0.7 to 2.0 mm. Ladder trays (cable ladders) are ideal for laying main power lines of large cross-section in industrial enterprises and mines.
Ease of installation. The AYSU system is thought out to the smallest detail: a wide selection of fittings (90° bends, dividers, transitions) allows bypassing any obstacles and columns. Universal perforation simplifies cable fastening with ties and joining sections together, reducing installation time on site.
