Filtration classes and materials. We produce filters of all filtration classes according to GOST and EN 779. For preliminary filtration (heat exchanger protection), panel and pocket filters made of polyester (G3, G4) are used. For the second stage of filtration (offices, hotels), fine filters (F5-F9) made of meltblown or fiberglass are used, which trap fine dust and allergens.
Solutions for HoReCa. The main problem for restaurants is odors and grease discharged into the street. AYSU offers effective activated carbon filters (bulk cartridges) that adsorb odor molecules. In combination with electrostatic filters (Yatagan type), this allows exhaust air to be discharged even onto the facade of a residential building, while complying with sanitary standards.
Medicine and Pharmaceuticals. For operating rooms, laboratories, and pharmaceutical production facilities, we supply HEPA filters (High Efficiency Particulate Air) of classes H11-H14. They ensure air sterility by trapping viruses and bacteria. Filter housings are made of galvanized or stainless steel, resistant to disinfection.
